Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the standards expected when using the JHC website and Growth Hub.

JH Consultancy ("JHC") is a trading name and consultancy division of Jo Holdsworth Recruitment Ltd. References to "JHC", "we", "our" or "us" throughout this document refer to Jo Holdsworth Recruitment Ltd unless stated otherwise.

Use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You must not use it in any way that causes disruption to other users or that breaches applicable law.

Do not upload unlawful, confidential third-party or inappropriate content to AI Coach sessions. Always validate AI outputs before implementing significant business decisions.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, interfere with its operation, or introduce malicious software.

Do not copy, resell or redistribute JHC content, frameworks, templates or methodologies without written permission from JHC.

Treat other members respectfully. Harassment, spam and misleading content are prohibited. JHC reserves the right to remove content that does not meet these standards.

JHC may suspend or terminate access where this policy is breached. Serious breaches may be referred to the relevant authorities.
